DRINK: PROHIBITION AT 67 ORANGE STREET

Saturday March 8th, 15th and 22nd, Prohibition and Cocktails at 67 Orange Street, 2082 FDB/8th Avenue at 113th Street.  Listen to stories of Harlem during the Prohibition while 67 Orange Street's owner mixes and pours four craft cocktails for $35 at 67 Orange Street. Karl Franz Williams of 67 Orange Street acts as both bartender and storyteller during an evening that turns back the clock to the 1920s. Lost in a cozy speakeasy vibe, you'll see Karl demonstrate the steps to creating four cocktails popular in underground drinking establishments of the time. While he mixes and pours, he'll share the stories behind each cocktail, as well as those of the neighborhood during the Noble Experiment. Purchase tickets on Groupon: LINK
