REVIVE: POSTER MURAL FOR 110TH STREET LOT

The shuttered gas station at the corner of FDB and 110th Street has been partially deconstructed for months and the chain link fence around the lot has now been decorated with a poster mural to dress up the unsightly site.  Chain link fences are just kind of depressing so the new developer apparently has hired local artists to collect works from children in the neighborhood to come up with something that will make the corner more appealing until the plywood comes up.  We have only seen one old rejected proposal in the past but a tipster mentioned that the approved design of the new condo building will have a concave curve to the facade which will directly compliment the unique frontage located at FDB Circle.  See that aforementioned, original rejected proposal in our past post: LINK
