DRINK: MESS HALL OPENS SATURDAY

Saturday, 7:00 PM, February 28th, Mess Hall grand opening, 2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd between West 118th and West 119th Street. Donning early 20th century flare, Mess Hall brings a much needed cozy neighborhood bar for Harlem locals to enjoy. Specializing in craft beers and bourbons, Mess Hall is the love child of uptown coffee shop moguls Karen Paul, Aaron Baird (Double Dutch, Chipped Cup, Lenox Coffee) and downtown nightlife performer & singer/songwriter Shanna Sharp. In addition to large bourbon portfolio the bar will feature seasonal cocktails and house made vodka infusions.
