The new 6-story building being built at 362 West 127th Street looks like it only has one more level to go and has been rising steadily since construction started last fall. This location just around the corner from the express train entrance by St. Nicholas Avenue is one of the more ideal ones for a developer but somehow the design of the building is rather
basic. Other developers are starting to be more contextual to the original architecture when building on empty lots these days and the new construction on 132nd Street is a particularly good example of this trend:
