ARCHITECTURE: BJARKE INGELS ON 126TH STREET
New York YIMBY has the story on one major architects undulating housing complex that has now been planned for 146th East 126th Street. This block just east of Lexington Avenue is behind the DMV office on 125th Street and the planned new construction will partially hover over on to that side of the boulevard. Two floors will have retail space set aside and the rest will be residential units. There will be a total of 233 apartments and 47 have been set aside as affordable. More details on the proposal can be found on YIMBY: LINK
