The affordable lottery at 1770 Madison has a deadline of January 26th,2016 for those interested. Rents for a studio or one-bedrooms are in the $800 a month range and salary requirements are between $28K-$41K a year. Only 6 units are available at the new construction on the corner of 116th Street in East Harlem and those interested should check out the requirements and apply here:
