ARCHITECTURE: 305 WEST 128TH STREET

A Bespoke tip came in with a new rendering for the lot at 305 West 128th Street located between St. Nicholas and Frederick Douglass Boulevard.  This location is right next to the old storefront which has a rare hand painted sign from the 19th century and is only a block up from an express train station.  Check out the rendering of the new tower after the jump.
This new construction will rise 10 floors once completed and will take over a long vacant parcel of land that extends to 129th Street in the middle of the block.  DOB permits were filed in the beginning of the year but all is still pending at this point according to the city website.  It is unclear if these will be rentals or condos but from the look of the design, we expect that these apartments might just be for sale in the near future.  Real estate website YIMBY also reports that 57 units will arrive on this block of Central Harlem when all finishes up: LINK
