ARCHITECTURE: 109 EAST 115TH STREET RISES
The new construction at 109 East 115th Street seemed to have only broken ground a few months ago but now has risen almost to the top. This 8-story construction just around the corner from Park Avenue will have 32 units when finished up but it is still unclear if the apartments will be condos or rentals. Some major public housing faces the front of the address but the design of the building and close proximity to the subway stop on Lexington Avenue might make interesting selling points. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK
