ARCHITECTURE: MORE AT 92 MORNINGSIDE
The prewar building at 92 Morningside has been empty for 14 years because of a reckless fire that destroyed the interior but now uptown's newest restored historic building appears to be closer to leasing out apartments in the coming month. Sidewalk sheds have been removed in the past weeks and new signage with the moniker 92M have been posted up which touts the park views and heritage of the majestic address that is also just a couple of blocks away from the busy FDB commercial corridor. Hopefully interior images will be up soon but those interested in more updates should check out the official website which also happens to be one of the notable HB sponsors: LINK
