ARCHITECTURE: PROGRESS IN MANHATTANVILLE
The new 3-story conference center at the Columbia University Manhattanville campus is the next building to go up and it looks like the foundation will be set very soon. A photo taken over the weekend at the intersection of 125th and Broadway shows that the digging for the base of the building has finished up and the walls are starting to be installed. This actually will the unofficial entrance from the south side of the new $7 billion campus and hopefully will help out with foot traffic in the area. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK
