Maya Angelou's Harlem brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has sold for $4.08 million which is record in the landmark district below 125th Street. The late poet's New York City townhouse at 58 West 120th Street first went up on the market back in
February for $5.1 million and is now one of the record sales for uptown. Number
