READ: MAYA ANGELOU'S BROWNSTONE HAS SOLD
Maya Angelou's Harlem brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has sold for $4.08 million which is record in the landmark district below 125th Street. The late poet's New York City townhouse at 58 West 120th Street first went up on the market back in February for $5.1 million and is now one of the record sales for uptown. Number 326 Convent Avenue in Hamilton Heights actually holds the Harlem record at $4.95 million and the $5 million mark is the one to look out for in the months to come. More details can Curbed: LINK
