The new construction on the former empty lot on 127th Street just west of St. Nichoas Avenue now finishing up and the new condo units now have a moniker.
Three Sixty Two is the address and has become the name of residential building that is just around the corner from the express train entrance. St. Nicholas Park and the 125th Street commercial corridor are also easily accessible at this location. This area of St. Nicholas Avenue is really ideal but there are still a couple of scruffy buildings across the street on the east side which seem to be going nowhere at this point in time.
