The new construction at 15 West 119th Street broke ground about a year ago and now has finally topped off. This Mount Morris block located just west of Fifth Avenue has had a large empty lot present for some time but the 6-story new construction will put use to the land. DOB paperwork reports that there will be 13-units when all finishes up and the final design is a lot more well thought out than most we have seen over the years:
