Digging for the foundation at 313 West 121st Street has been going on all summer and things look to be progressing along in the past few weeks. Concrete trucks were pouring the base about a month ago and the new construction by the lower FDB corridor should be rising soon. Check out the rendering after the jump.
We looked up the DOB permits online which reports there will be 8 floors in total with just 6 units. Seeing that the location is just west of 8th Avenue, we expect this one to eventually be condos up for sale since they do look quite expensive. There is not a lot complete glass facades to found uptown and this one stands out quite nicely because of the asymmetrical architecture.
