INTRODUCING: HAWAIIN IN HARLEM

Saturday, September 10th, 7:00PM-9:00PM, Hawaiin in Harlem at The Church of the Intercession Crypt, 550 West 155th Street and Broadway.   An all ages show of contemporary and classic Hawaiian music featuring Kawika Alfiche, accompanied by hula dancers from Halau ‘O Keikeali’i & NYC Hawaiian musicians, this coming Saturday, September 10th in the crypt of the Church of the Intercession. Don’t miss the meeting of 2 very different islands in this historic Harlem spot! Hawaiian comfort food (Spam musubi, etc.) & beverages (soda, wine & beer) will also be available for purchase. An installation of paintings by local artist Tommy Cheng will add to the ambience. Doors will open at 6:30 and tickets (space is limited to 50) are $20 per person.
