After breaking ground in March of 2015, it now appears that the construction at Number 313 West 117th Street has debuted a new facade in South Harlem. The former vacant lot located between Manhattan Avenue and 8th Avenue is in a prime location close to the 125th Street express stop as well as being next to the FDB commercial corridor. There will apparently be 10 units available in this new construction that has a bit of prewar grace to it but it is unclear if the apartments will be rentals or condos.
