The latest building to go up over on the new Columbia University campus site has now completed all of the foundation work and is quickly rising. We took the above photo this past week and the steel beams were quickly going up at this corner right on Broadway by 125th Street. The University Forum will be a 3-story conference center when all finishes up sometimes next year but looks to be maker quicker progress than expected.
