Many in Manhattan might not know that there is another major bus terminal on the island further up north on Broadway by 178th Street which has recently gone through a $183 million renovation project. Everything was supposed to finish up at the George Washington Bridge Buss Terminal in Washington Heights back in 2015 but a somewhat soft opening just happened last month. Major anchor tenants such as Marshalls, The Gap and Blink Fitness have all been planned for the commercial storefronts within the building but only one has materialized at this point in time.
