Harlem Bespoke: We received a tip from a Bespoke reader that Construction the facade for 15 West 119th Street has finally been reveal. As previously mention, construction started up last summer and now it looks like things are finally finishing up.
When the new development located just west of Fifth Avenue debuts in the next few months,
13 16 units will be available on the market but it is still unclear if these will be condos or rental apartments. Based on the attention to design, we would probably consider that that this new development will probably be up for sale. Check out the final rendering in our past post:
