Harlem Bespoke: The Post reports that the abandoned buildings at 54-62 West 125th Street by Lenox Avenue have finally sold to a developer for $26.5 million. This is a good example of property owners just holding out and doing nothing until the right buyer comes along since Harlem now is in a growth phase. Everything will probably be demolished in the near future and we expect that a new high-rise will eventually go up. More details in the New York Post:
