Harlem Bespoke: We saw the above sign out front of a real estate office in Hamilton Heights and thought it was an interesting barometer of current rent rates. Studios, 1-bedrooms or 2-bedrooms are quite pricey these days but it still appears that 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units are where the deals can be found. The general rule of thumb for a great deal is apparently spending $1,000 or under for a share so maybe having a couple roommates is the way to go for those on a budget.
