Harlem Bespoke: We received a tip that mentioned that Forever Coffee Bar has now opened at 714 West 181st Street just west of Broadway by Bennett Avenue. Signs were up announcing the arrival of the local java joint
this past summer and everything started up just a couple of weeks ago.
The interior of the coffee shop is on the cozy side but exposed bricks, high ceilings, wood floors along with works on the walls from local artist makes Forever a welcoming spot to get the morning brew. Pastries, cookies, sandwiches along with gluten free options are also available at the counter and the venue has live entertainment on certain evenings. There are only about 14 seats including the window bar area but the vintage mid-century furniture mix adds a whole light of charm to the small space.
