ARCHITECTURE: FACADE FINISHES AT 99 MORNINGSIDE

Harlem Bespoke:  Construction did not really start up at 99 Morningside until back in 2016 and one of the more architecturally unique new uptown constructions has finally mostly finished up.  We walked by this corner of 123rd Street at Morningside Avenue yesterday and saw that all of the scaffolding has gone away to reveal the juxtaposing levels of the lofty facade.  There actually appears to be quiet a few outdoor terraces for many of the apartments all laid out in a step-like configuration which is functional but also has quite a bit of aesthetic appeal. The location just around the corner from the the 125th Street express subway stops by the coveted FDB commercial corridor is exceptionally ideal and 99 Morningside should be one of the developments to look out for in 2020.  Check out our original post from 2015 to see the first design rendering of the building: LINK
