With two and a half years on the market and a couple of price cuts, the brownstone at 345 West 122nd Street went into contract last month. Originally up for $1.99 million back in September 2007, the single family, 3,480 square foot building located between Manhattan and Morningside Avenue had its price finally reduced to $1.7 million back in June 2009. There's a whole lot of original detail in this one, and it looks like it's in pretty good shape.
