A reader mentioned the long delayed opening of Doug E.'s Chicken and Waffles at 132nd Street and ACP/7th Avenue has finally happened. When we walked by yesterday, the shutters were up, an OPEN sign was displayed at the doorway and some activity could be seen inside. Has anyone checked out the menu at this point?
