When we pointed out that wood frame house-shell at 59 West 128th Street just arrived on them market in January, the listing was literally pulled a couple of days later. The 18+ foot wide SRO building was purchased back in 2006 for $627.5K and went back on the market this year for the asking of $350K. It was only listed for a brief 8 days so maybe the low asking price got in a cash buyer. Apparently there was a Certificate of Non Harassment in place and this block between 5th and Lenox is pretty decent. Does anyone have any tips on this house?
