☞ EAT: Bad Horse Pizza Preps to Open

The corner of 120th and FDB/8th Avenue saw a lot of activity this afternoon as the folks behind Bad Horse Pizza were working on the final finishes for the storefront.  A couple of men were out front sticking on the window decals and all of the brown paper had been removed to reveal the interior.  Workers inside were seen finishing up painting the drywall on the one corner of the establishment and the furniture had already arrived.  There's a corner in the seating area that actually has just exposed brick so there might be little more warmth to this place than we originally imagined.  It's still probably not going to be anything too fussy but something moderate with a decent aesthetic to it is the best to hope for. The actual opening date is unclear but it looks like sooner than later at this point. Here's a PDF of the menu which a reader had mentioned was up: LINK

  1. I will be the first person on line for this place. I hope this establishment will have an affordable or reasonably priced menu so that most people can enjoy.

  5. I was hoping to have a real italian pizzeria but based on the menu this is not the case. They should start with more basics Prosciutto, 4 cheeses, etc. I still have to go to Number 28 in the Village.
