☞ INTRODUCING: 271 West 122nd Sets Record

Apparently one of the units at 271 West 122nd Street has set a record this week for the highest priced Harlem condominium sale in the past 3 years. Uber Harlem broker Todd Stevens confirmed (via Facebook, no less) that a deal had closed for $1.95 million in one of the triplex apartments just west of FDB/8th Avenue.  The asking price was at $1.99 million when the listing went into contract so the end price was pretty close for the 2,834 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse with an 800 square foot terrace. More details on this condo can be found on the original listing: LINK.  Share information, stay connected and like Harlem Bespoke on Facebook: LINK

  1. I think the developer to FDB building lived here with his family. Sweet rooftop. Parking lot view, not so much. The greenery behind it from Morningside Park will go away when he builds his new condo project on that same corner. Excellent neighborhood though.
