Looking through some of our older photos, we came across the landmark former SRO at 9 West 120th Street and realized that it had finally been fixed up. The top image shows the building on the block between Lenox and Mount Morris Park West back in 2009 when it was in the process of being converted into a 4-family dwelling. It appears that the building finished up at the end of 2010 and only one more townhouse on this north side of the block remains in a shell state today. That shell in question is currently under renovations at 5 West 120th Street which is the building right by the Richard Rogers house two doors down:
