☞ REVIVE: Lancaster Madison Finishing Up
The affordable coop building at 1820 Madison Avenue (between 118th and 119th) called the Lancaster Madison appears to be finishing up these days. All 21 units which require 10% down will be sold via lottery and it seems like the new construction might still be looking for applicants. According to the building's site, an original submission dates for the lottery had passed but those interested can still fill out the paperwork. Two bedrooms start around $145K and three bedrooms are in the upper $300K range for those who meet the income requirements. See more price information, income restrictions and the application on the Lancaster Madison website: LINK
