☞ REVIVE: 753 St. Nicholas Avenue Gets Glassed

The last time we checked on 753 St. Nicholas Avenue was back in January and now the building appears to have all of its glass windows in place as of last week. This new 12-unit construction within the Sugar Hill District of West Harlem seems to have slowed down a bit in the past 5 months since not much else looks ready at this point. Landmarks had to approve this development that took over a former lot and The Nicholas condos will be one of the first new buildings by the area by 148th Street in quite some time.  Metal details are apparently under all that green plastic wrap and final renderings of this new construction can be found on the development site: www.753stnicholas.com
