☞ DWELL: 123 West 122nd Street Reduced

The 3-family home at 123 West 122nd Street (just west of Lenox Avenue) went on the market this past February for the initial asking price of $2.6 million but has since reduced its price this summer.  After 4 months on the market, a 6% price reduction was put in place and now the brownstone with an owner's duplex garden floor unit is set at $2.45 million.  There have been record sales at about this price around the Mount Morris park Historic District in the past couple of months so does the interior have what it takes? More photos after jump.

This 19 foot wide brownstone has over 4,000 square foot of space to it and has a lot of original details in it for those  who are looking for an original aesthetic.  The bath is also the original one which might not excite some and the view of the elementary school out front is probably not so ideal.  As far as location goes, the block is close to the 2,3 express trains and the boutiques along lower Lenox.  More photos at the broker site: LINK

  2. I think this was on the MMP house tour way back at one point, I remember the library of 12” vinyl LPs. The bathroom has great tile work with old the world charm of the iron tub with quality fittings. Nice to see these brownstones breaking the $2m mark, and deservedly so.
