OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, October 23rd, 12:00 PM-1:00 PM. The townhouse at 2007 5th Avenue is just right above Marcus Garvey Park and has only been on the market for the past month. From the interior photos of the home just located below 125th Street, it appears that the building was gut renovated with higher end finishes. More images of the renovations after the jump.
This 18-foot-wide building probably has a better example of higher end finishes mixed with minimal original details, exposed bricks and a modern loft aesthetic. The asking price is initially set at $1.97 million for the 3-family building with an owner's duplex. As far as the location goes, the townhouse is next to 125th Street, a major park and one avenue away from the express trains over at Lenox. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
