The building at 213 West 135th Street has the architecture of a brownstone but really is a residential apartment building with 5 units altogether. There are only 5 floors in total and the 25 foot wide building has around 9,410 square foot. An initial asking price was at $1.25 million for the property and the residential property located between FDB/8th and ACP/7th eventually went for $825K when it closed last month. Not much else is mentioned about the condition of the interior on the broker site so one would assume it probably needs some work done:

5 units and a total square footage of 9,410 square feet? That means each unit is huge! I think. Very interesting deal. I went to the broker's site and didn't see any additional photos. Very interesting indeed.
