There has been more action at the Mount Morris Park Historic District section of Lenox Avenue this past few weeks and the current sale of one of the townhouses comes along with some controversy. Some might remember that the landmark, 21 foot wide, 3-family corner corner building went into contract relatively quickly this past July in a reported all-cash deal. According to today's Wall Street Journal, the initial asking price of $1.75 million sold the 4,804-square-foot-house to a member of Durst family who happen to be famous in the real-estate business.
