The 36-unit Hamilton Court condo conversion opened earlier this year with 7 units available and there appears to be some sales progress at the Hamilton Heights adaptive reuse development. According to Streeteasy, the condo just east of Broadway in West Harlem now has 5 out of the 7 units in contract but there is no mention of what is happening with the remaining stock:
