Original details have been restored in this one but the bathrooms and the kitchens are decidedly modern. ReplyDeleteWent to the open house and it found it extremely well renovated with a perfect balance between old and new. The only minor draw back was that it appeared only suitable for a single couple or very small family due to the numerous, recently created open spaces.
ReplyDeleteI viaited the house and while I loved how the old elements of the house were preserved, I found the new additons to be too much in your face, too OTP. Ad while they put a lot of thought into the rest of the house, they ran out of money for the basement which doensn't match the rest of the house. ..... Other than that, a little bit too pricey. I guess everybody is holding on to such higher prices because they somehow thnk the market is back up....
