Harlem's first ramen shop that has been under construction on Broadway (just below 125th Street) has finally announced its opening date. A photo was sent in of the windows out front of 3183 Broadway this past week and the new window signage has it that the noodle shop will be opening this Thursday, February 9th. The immediate commercial strip at this part of West Harlem has a lot of Columbia students frequenting the block so this downtown food trend transfered uptown should do pretty well.
I saw the facade of this place as I was heading south on Broadway. The escalator to the 125th St train station was in the way so I couldn't see what it was. Really hoping to try it out.
