East Harlem's newest large scale development is on its way to completion and La Celia is now accepting applications. The affordable cooperative with units starting at $140K has a website up now and those applying have until April 26th to do so. This 12-story building on 64 East 111th Street has the usual tax abatements, indoor parking, fitness center and is located close to Central Park. See income restrictions after the jump.
Located between Park and Madison Avenue, La Celia is offering up studios, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units with for those who fit the income requirements (click above form to enlarge). There are 123 units in all and that would add a lot of additional residents to this part of town which was formerly vacant. Check out our past post for the construction of this new development:
