The final finishes for the Central Harlem renovation house are all coming together this spring and the newly installed kitchen was almost complete on our last visit. Custom made white cabinets with classic flat panel doors are accented with subway tiles along the back splash and high end stainless steel appliances. There's also a guest unit in the building but the above photos of the deluxe new kitchen are of the owner's unit which is probably one of the better renovations we have seen uptown. At this pace, the house should be done just in time for the the warm weather in the next month or so.
Good to see the kitchen remains on the basement level, as was the typical brownstone layout, also having a countertop looking into the garden makes for a view while cooking, nice cabinetry.
