The new construction built on a brownstone lot at West 126th Street between Fifth Avenue and Lenox topped off a coupe of months back and now the facade has finished up. A Bespoke reader sent in a current photo of number 53 West 126th Street and the image reveals a modern, grey exterior with miniature balconies on the top two levels. These 4-story new buildings are on the small side so having balconies often look a bit cumbersome but anything new definitely looks better than an abandoned lot. We are assuming that these will be condos at some point so stay tuned for further details.
