An asking price of $925K appears to be the right range for this Central Harlem property since a contract went out within 2 months. I believe this house was once owned by a Phillip Payton, a Caribbean immigrant who became one of the first (and successful) Black real estate brokers in Harlem during the 1920's, 30s. Not sure of the actual timeline.

inside is really poorly laid out with 3 (or 4?) units cookie cut into it.
$300 a sq. ft? Buyer got a pretty sweet deal.
