☞ DWELL: 72 Hamilton Terrace in Contract?

A Bespoke reader sent in a tip that the landmark corner building at 72 Hamilton Terrace is currently in contract.  The abandoned building is located on one of the most charming blocks in the heights but once a fire broke out in the former church conversion, it appeared that it would remain one of those structures that would be neglected by its owners for decades.  More detail will come forth in the following weeks but this should be an interesting development for West Harlem since the property is one of the large ones to be found.  Read more about 72 Hamiltion Terrace's history in our past post: LINK
