☞ EAT: Harlem Food Bar Serves it Up
Harlem Food Bar opens today at 5:00PM for dinner service but the Bespoke crew was able to get a preview of the new eatery on FDB/8th Avenue and 114th Street last night. The menu for this American bistro is right on point with a selection that is mostly around $12 and the food offerings did not disappoint. Highlights include a seriously good sampling of the burgers being served up which might actually be the best ones we have tried uptown and the mac & cheese squares which disappeared quickly. Restauranteurs Scott and Ernie aim for a casual dining experience with quality food but also have a full wine selection along with bartenders that can mix up a specialty drink. The staff was also charming and attentive so expect great service from this South Harlem newcomer. www.HFBnyc.com
