We noticed that there was some activity at the former Nectar storefront on lower FDB and took a closer look at the work permit. It appears that Harlem Vintage might be expanding into the former Nectar space from what we can gather while glancing at the paperwork. Does anyone have any other information on the transformation of this commercial space by West 121st Street?
No, we asked Harlem Vintage and they said Kumon (tutoring place) is expanding.
ReplyDeleteIt now looks like Harlem Vintage is also closed. The wine shop did not open for business for the past two days. Recently, notices posted on the door by the landlord claim that rent has not been paid for several months.
