☞ DWELL: 3603 Broadway Affordable Co-ops

On Saturday, June 9th at 11:00AM, 3603 Broadway will be having an open house for the co-op building in West Harlem. This is a 36 unit, newly renovated building by 148th Street that will soon be resident–owned and operated. UHAB, the current owner, is looking for shareholders for this building. Those interested need to fill out an application and attend an introductory class on limited equity co-ops. Units are under $150K but have income limits based on HUD restrictions.

Applications, income limits and class schedules are available on UHAB’s website www.uhab.org and can be requested through their Homeownership Hotline at 212-479-3333.

  1. Thanks so much for sharing this info. My wife and I are currently in the process of buying a co-op that was a UHAB referral. For those of us who are proud to cal Harlem home, it is great to know that there are affordable options available.

    Thanks Harlem+Bespoke.
