☞ DWELL: 146 West 130th Brownstone
The 18-foot-wide brownstone at 146 West 130th Street just arrived on the market for the asking of $2.395 million. This 3-family home located between ACP/7th Avenue and Lenox is on a brownstone lined block and has a clean contemporary renovation on the interior. Transportation is closest at 135th Street but a good five minute walk will get one to all the new restaurants ands shops closer to 125th. A couple of years back, it appears the home switched ownership for under a million and now the brownstone is trying to achieve the same prices as a few of the records sales further south. Nice stoop iron hand rail and balusters, the metal window boxes are not historically correct but add a nice detail.
