☞ SHOP: New Facade Finishes at The Park
It was announced last summer that a new champagne bar called The Park would arrive in South Harlem and apparently some progress is at hand. We walked by the storefront on FDB/8th Avenue at 113th Street this week and notice some new wood veneer at the front facade of the modern building. New construction tends to be cold so the challenge for startup businesses is to make them more inviting and The Park seems to be doing the right thing with this exterior design element. As far as the interior goes, there still is not much to look at except exposed beams and wiring so this one might take a little more time to finish.

They should change their name. There's already a place called "The Park" down on 10th Ave at 18th Street.
ReplyDeleteThey Have, to "The Park 112".
