☞ DWELL: Rentals for 280 West 115th Street

A Bespoke reader mentioned that the building at 280 West 115th Street on FDB/8th Avenue that has been finishing up its restoration is now offering up rental apartments.  It appears the units will be market rate based on the apartment listings that are now available online: LINK 

The only thing now that really needs to happen with the South Harlem building is for the street level storefronts to be fixed since they still look to be in shabby condition.

    look at those outrageous prices. i've lived in east harlem all my life. sad everyone is being pushed out for these college kids and hipsters who have mommy and daddys money to spend
