A Bespoke reader mentioned that they had inquired earlier about pricing for One Morningside and now that estimate has doubled. One bedroom condos were initially quoted at being in the high $400K range but now brokers have set a second quote at $818K just a week ago. This 22-story new construction on the corner of Morningside Park and just a block away from Central Park is on a pretty select corner of South Harlem so prices apparently are reflecting that based on interest. With that said, downtowner tend to move to Harlem because the prices are about half of what they pay further south so will this new price structure sell this building in the year to come?
